Fifth-graders at Rochester Memorial take a week-long field trip to Hancock, NH to learn about Nature's Classroom from the Sargent Center.
Students will learn about science and team-building. Many students say the week in the woods teaches them about nature and about themselves. Boys and girls stay in separate cabins and share responsibilities of cooking and cleaning during their stay.
A ropes' course, zip line, hiking, and nightly skits all make this a challenging yet fun week away from home.
This year we are attending May 7th-11th. Medical forms and money should be sent in soon.
